LEFT-High green for a southbound train at Union Station in Little Rock. RIGHT-UP/SP 2712, 9:11 a.m. October 9.


LEFT-Ferromex 4680, North Little Rock UP yards, 9:34 a.m. RIGHT-CEFX 101, UP Yards.


LEFT-Back at Union Station, UP 8500 rounded the curve at 9:45 a.m., blowing his horn several times. There was a large dog on the tracks, which had just jumped off to the right as the engine was bearing down. RIGHT-The dog with at least two lives!


RIGHT-Greenville Northern Railway HS 72343.


LEFT-Coils of some kind. RIGHT-Small tank car....looks like an N-scale model with an HO train!


LEFT-UP 9548, 10:01 a.m. RIGHT-UP 4153, last of the 6-unit consist.


LEFT-I'm now in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on 4th Street looking to the west at the Pine Bluff Union Station, which is now a museum. The building to my left is the abandoned Greyhound Bus station. RIGHT-CN 2564 westbound passing the station/museum at 12:53 p.m. October 9.

LEFT-UP 4051 passes the Pine Bluff depot museum at 1:08 p.m. 


RIGHT-I'm standing on the city street crossing looking west. This is the same UP line that runs through Brinkley, AR with mostly southbound trains.


LEFT-To the point. RIGHT-UP 4575 at 1:22 p.m.


Another train starts to pass the first one, headed by UP 7813. Busy scene with the museum in the background.
