LEFT-UP 5163 at 9:37 a.m. The sun was still out. RIGHT-Container of some sort.

LEFT-Another unknown container. RIGHT-CN 'zebra' 5517 at 11:22 a.m.

LEFT-Clouds moved in when a strong cold front moved through. No rain from this. It had rained overnight and early in the morning, but then cleared off for awhile before a re-enforcement of cold air moved in shortly before noon. It was about 44 degrees now, normal high for this day would have been 60. RIGHT-NS 9242 at 12:26 p.m. This train was an unusually short autorack train with only 7 cars.

LEFT-UP 9682 at 2:30 p.m. RIGHT-UP 5689 at 2:50 p.m.

LEFT-Cotton Belt hi-cube boxcar. RIGHT-UP 9466 at 3:11 p.m. This train had nothing but gons loaded with large coils of some type.

RIGHT-View from the old ticket off in the depot museum at 3:38 p.m. The sun had briefly come out.

LEFT-UP 8178 at 3:53 p.m. This train had a DPU. I forgot to set the camera's shutter speed to 1/500 second to stop the action, since these trains move about 60 mph past here. RIGHT-DPU-UP 6455 on this mixed, mostly grain train.

LEFT-Driving home westbound on US 70, 5:02 p.m. RIGHT-This is a straight from-the-camera shot of the sunset.
