Northbound Amtrak Texas Eagle 22 had two UP locomotives (9672 and 4280) and one Amtrak engine (76) today, Tuesday April 14, 2015 at Little Rock, Arkansas. The Amtrak locomotive lost power but continued to have the HEP head end electrical power, so it remained in the consist. It arrived at 6:16 a.m., around 6 1/2 hours late. An hour and a half before, I caught the southbound Eagle 21 here.


UP 9672 and 4280 headed the Eagle, 6:16 a.m. Consist of Eagle 22: UP 9672, UP 4280, Amtrak 76, Superliners 34109, 31012, 34029, 33012, 37003, 32048, 39028.

An hour and a half earlier at 4:49 a.m. the southbound Eagle No. 21 arrived.




Eagle 21's consist was Amtrak 117, 168, Superliners 39010, 32009, 37004, 33039, 31038, 34106, 34010.
