Here's what the station looks like on a weekday, in this case Monday October 28. The parking lot is full of cars of the people who work in various offices inside the station. One business is a large catering service that hosts weddings, proms, political meetings, school events. There are all kinds of other businesses here.  There is a security guard on duty during weekdays. The station is owned by the Bailey Corporation, which built the Amtrak waiting room down at track level. You'll see some pictures of this waiting room below.

A view from Markham Street.  The station is located at Markham and Victory Streets.

Here's the waiting room on Monday, October 28. The station is open daily from 10:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. and it's only open in the daytime on Mondays, from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. There are only 2 Amtrak agents here, but it is an Amtrak crew base.
