UP
1988, the Katy Heritage unit, passing through Jacksonville, Arkansas
and in the North Little Rock UP yards, Sunday December 21, 2008. It was
very cold and windy, temperature 22 degrees and north winds gusting to
30 mph. BUT, it was SUNNY! (finally) (Photos by Ken Ziegenbein)
Southbound
through Jacksonville, Arkansas at 9:47 a.m. The 1988 had some major
engine work in a shop in Illinois and was on a manifest to North Little
Rock (MASNL-20). UP3977 and 4557 were the other two locomotives.
Going under the Main Street bridge in Jacksonville.
In the UP yards in North Little Rock on the service track at 11:27 a.m. December 21.
