fog covered central Arkansas early in the day (freezing fog). This
engine light move was heading toward North Little Rock from Biddle
Yards at 9:10 a.m.

LRWN's Alco's (No. 101 and 102) are still in Perry, Arkansas as far as
I know. They have not been using them - they are both out of service.

still had 2 inches of ice over everything with 300,000 still out of
power due to a large ice storm two days ago on January 28.
