We saw this lone Monarch Butterfly in our yard in North Little Rock, Arkansas on September 8, 2010. Last year we had thousands fly over this area a little later in the season. They were so abundant last year that you couldn't help but run into one if you were in the yard. Is this lone Monarch some sort of scout to the invasion of butterflies later this fall?
