North Louisiana & Arkansas locomotive NLA 22 in North Little Rock, AR July 21, 2014. The North Louisiana & Arkansas Railroad operates over 62 miles of line from McGehee, AR to Lake Providence, LA, formerly known as the Delta Southern Railroad.
