PREX 149 blue switcher alongside Ferromex 4058 in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Monday, September 24, 2012. I also took a photo from the Daisy Bates overpass of the Union Pacific tracks behind Little Rock Central High School. Great photo angle, but sort of dangerous standing on this overpass. PREX 149. Notice that the PREX was sprayed on with red paint. Seen in North Little Rock, Arkansas September 24, 2012.  According to Randy Keller from the Railspot Yahoo Group, this is former Chevron Phillips Chemical Co. (PSPX) 149 from Pasadena, TX. Acquired by them in 1996, this is ex-NS 2345 nee-SOU 2345 (EMD 36137, 3/70, 4582-3). Pioneer Railcorp has owned her at least a year and likely much longer.
