Dense fog shrouded a streetcar in North Little Rock, Thursday evening, December 4, 2014 as it passed through the Argenta District around 8:30 p.m. Streetcar 409 was also decorated with Christmas lights and characters.


Streetcar 409 moving north on Main Street in the Argenta Entertainment District in North Little Rock, 8:26 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014. Visibility was 1/4 mile, temperature was a balmy 51 degrees. It had been 44-45 degrees all day then a warm front moved through in the evening, causing the dense fog.
