Manhole cover with fish, streetcars and tulips in North Little Rock, AR on Friday, April 1, 2011.

Streetcar 409 across from the trolley barn on Main Street in North Little Rock, AR in the late afternoon April 1, 2011. This part of North Little Rock has thousands of tulips every year all along Main Street in the Argenta District. Lots of people were riding on this Friday.

The Argenta Market is a newly opened 'green' grocery store which sells mostly Arkansas and locally grown produce and meats. They have a place inside where you can have lunch.

The streetcar is turning left across Main Street and will go one block and turn left on Maple Street before going back across the Arkansas River to Little Rock. The intersection's streetlights are controlled by the streetcar driver, which makes all the lights red in all 4 directions while the streetcars crosses. These controls are on every intersection on the line except one.

A shot of the tulips and  other flowers.

I thought this manhole cover on Main Street was interesting, in that it had an engraving of a fish on it with the words "No dumping - drains to river" on it. Which means it drains into the Arkansas River and nobody should dump sewage into the drains.
