Here's a few of Central Arkansas Transit's River Rail Streetcars ferrying visitors to the annual Riverfest activities in Little Rock and North Little Rock, May 24 and 25, 2013.

Passing the Argenta Drug Store on Main Street in North Little Rock, the oldest drug store still at its original location west of the Mississippi.

Pink roses Main Street North Little Rock.

Full streetcar carrying Riverfest visitors on the Main Street Bridge that goes over the Arkansas River. It had just left the Verizon stop and will let the passengers off at Scott and Markham Streets in Little Rock, where the crowds will walk into the Riverfest area. This was taken from a North Little Rock city park next to the river and under the bridge.

Sunset from the Main Street Bridge.

Another shot of the sunset.

Across from the Verizon Arena stop late in the day May 24. Two streetcars were moving in tandem.

Looking north at the 7th and Main stop, North Little Rock.

Boarding at the Verizon stop.

These girls asked me to take pictures of them with their I-phones, which I did, then I asked if I could get a photo of them with a streetcar in the picture, and they agreed. Lucky timing.

Coming north off the Main Street bridge, 6:46 p.m.

Taken again from a North Little Rock park under the Main Street bridge.

Wide angle.

Streetcar art on utility box. North Little Rock pays artists to occasionally repaint utility boxes.

Streetcar tracks on the Main Street bridge.

Looking south across the bridge.

Looking to the south across the bridge with the downtown area of Little Rock to the right.

A boat in the Arkansas River. This river is navigable
from the Mississippi River in southeast Arkansas to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Port of Little Rock is served by the BNSF Railway, interchanging with barge traffic and local industries (new wind turbines are built here).

Another sunset with another camera, showing the small boat, 7:30 p.m.

The bridge was closed to car traffic.

Wakes on the Arkansas River.

Taken with my 20x zoom from the bridge looking south at Maple Street at two streetcars.

Heading to Riverfest.

A deepening sunset.

Sign on Saturday, May 25.

Waiting to board for the return trip to North Little Rock on May 25.

Changing poles.

Boarding and de-boarding at the Scott and Markham stop in Little Rock.
