First trains in 2010 at Little Rock. A new era has begun - LOL
I
finally got one train late this afternoon, January 1, 2010, my first
train photo of the year. It was a LONG intermodal which took 8 minutes
to pass Union Station at 15 mph. It had two units leading (UP
7715 and UP 4643) and two DPU units trailing (UP 4534 and UP 7914).
Peaceful
doves at the station in Little Rock. NO PIGEONS this afternoon but
there was a loud screeching hawk of some kind circling in the distance.
The station was deserted.
My first train of 2010 arrived at 4:12 p.m. January 1.
UP 7715 and 4643 lead the long train. It took 8 minutes from this point until the trailing DPUs arrived.
UP 4534 and 7914 were the DPUs at 4:20 p.m.
