Several trains today, Friday February 10, 2012, at Little Rock with some good 'fallen flag' freight cars. I've also included pictures of a car in the River Market getting a ticket for parking across the white line next to the streetcar tracks. This delayed both streetcar and auto traffic on Clinton Avenue for awhile, until it was determined that the streetcars could squeak by with about an inch to spare.

At 11:22 a.m., February 10. this officer was giving a ticket to this car because is was over the line and too close to the streetcar tracks.
Streetcar 410 being edged on by the officer. The trolley driver was Nelson, whose been there since day 1. The line opened in November 2004, 7 years and 3 months ago.
You can see how close it was to hitting the car. Had the car been just a couple of inches closer, the auto would have been towed with a reclaiming fee of about $200...this fee because if a streetcar stops, the whole street is basically blocked and commerce is affected.
February10 at Union Station. Ferromex 4048 heads a southbound at 12:56 p.m. The ribbon rail in the ballast is supposed to be installed at the end of February.
