Some end of day trains at Little Rock Sunday, March 3, 2013, including a CSX train of dozens of flatcars with one large container on each one. This train was headed by CSX 5371 and one of the heavy duty cars was QTTX 131338.  Also a BNSF train and pretty sunset over the tracks. I had just finished going to a Cirque Du Saliet acrobat performance at Verizon Arena in North Little Rock  (the show heads to Houston, Texas on March 6).  then I headed to Union Station.

The sun was starting to set at 5:30 p.m.

CSX 7833 and 5349, 5:39 p.m.

CSX 5371, which headed the flats-with-containers train, passed the other CSX train at 5:40 p.m.

QTTX 131338.

According to a railroad friend of mine, this train is actually a UP train, symbol SPTES01, from the Port of houston to CSX at East St Louis IL.  CSX will take the train from ELS to Dearborn.  Loads are press componants and the train is running as a special for the customer.

Walmart truck over the tracks.

A BNSF trains waits for signal with a pretty sunset at 5:52 p.m.

BNSF 7223, 5:54 p.m.

BNSF 7223 leaving northbound, 6:05 p.m.

BNSF 1123.
