Central Arkansas Transit River Rail Streetcar 410 at the Verizon Arena stop in North Little Rock, Sunday, March 7, 2010. Thousands were in town for the annual Little Rock Marathon, which started running at 8 a.m.. Time of this photo was 1:15 p.m. This marathon has become a major event in past years, and is in the same marathon circuit with the Boston Marathon.

HATR boxcar 1620. According to Jimmy Barlow via email: "Like Ivory soap, I'm 99 and 44/100ths percent pure--I mean SURE--that it's the long-gone Virginia Central. Like virtually all short lines of the '70s, they got caught up in the boxcar per-diem craze, which could be described in more modern terminology as "If you build it they will lease."
AND according to Roger West via an email: "That Boxcar your referring to is Champion Paper. You can see a example Oddball Decals."
