IC10151 Alaskan Agriculture Serving Alaska and the World hopper. I can't make out the number, just guessed IC151. I've never seen one of these hoppers. Curt McCullough sent me this information:

"Thanks for posting that photo of the IC/WLO ex-Alaskan covered hopper (IC 10151 ex-WLO 10151 ex AACX 006).  I had been wondering if those were still running around.
   Cars are Thrall 4750cf covered hoppers and were originally AACX, then went through a few other (leasing) owners before ending up on WLO about 1990.   Some were repainted, some were not.  Now some of those WLO cars are IC with same numbers.   Maybe some will get CN numbers before retirement...
