UPY 2633 Genset, most likely bound for Texas because of the following statement on the locomotive: "Keeping the air cleaner in Texas." I read this was a RP20GE.




Inside a Central Arkansas Transit streetcar at 12:54 p.m. with a railfan from Virginia.


Ready to stop for passengers at the River Market stop in downtown Little Rock.
