It was in the 60s early in the day and 70s most of the morning. There were several trains of all varieties. I've also included the obituary of long-time UP photographer and railfan John C. Jones, who died July 26.

Here is the obituary of Mr. Jones. He was a good source of information for me regarding Union Pacific and a longtime Arkansas Railroad Club member.

John C. Jones, of Sherwood, died peacefully in his home on Friday,
July 26, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Nelda Jones;
his daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Russ Wilson of Farmington; his
son and daughter-in-law, Mitch and Gale Long of North Little Rock; his
daughter-in-law and her husband, Brenda and Tim Mauldin of Sherwood;
four grandchildren of whom he was very proud, Cody Wilson, Ashley,

He was predeceased by his parents, Sid and Birdie Mae Jones; and two
brothers, Robert and James Jones.

He was a member of North Hills Baptist Church, the Arkansas Railroad

around North Little Rock where he has been a volunteer photographer
for many years. His photos remain to show his love for people and
photography.
