LEFT-Old hopper TCTX 118. RIGHT-UP 2285, August 6, 9:33 a.m. It was much cooler today, in the mid 80s.


LEFT-The signal at the end of the platform is green, indicating a train will use the Amtrak siding to pass the stopped coal train, which has fouled the switch between Main 2 (next to milepost X346)  to Main 1. It's 10:05 a.m. Friday, August 6. RIGHT-UP work crews.


LEFT-UP 5146 northbound on the Amtrak siding, 10:12 a.m. RIGHT-UP 5146, 10:13 a.m. As a courtesy to the engineer, I got on the other side of the fence to take these photos.
