3) NS 9251, Operation Lifesaver 25th anniversary locomotive
4) Remnants of the Honeydew Melon vine at the tracks in Little Rock
5) GMTX 2157
6) SP 9755


Remember that post I had in late July about the Honeydew Melons growing next to the Amtrak siding in Little Rock? Here's what's left as of September 10. R.I.P.


GMTX 2157 with a load of aggregate, southbound at 11:25 a.m.

Dark clouds moving in as a light engine move approaches at 11:36 a.m. The boy will wave at the crew.

This unit was used on the Ringling Brothers-Barnum&Bailey circus train when it was here on June 4, 2007. Below is this locomotive on that train:
