WAMX 3308 covered locomotive (WAMX3308 new built MP33C for CBH in West Australia road number CBH119 for export thru Savannah Ga. It will be placed on a ship in Savannah). According to Gary Williams, the unknown load on the flatcar looks like a boiler. At the top the green area with a black end is the steam drum.  At the bottom the smaller black end looks like the mud drum. There are tubes inside that connect the two drums.

Wayne Helms on Facebook said WAMX 3308 is one of several of these locomotives bound for Australia.  Also from Wayne Helms: "A few months back i got the following reply from the VP of op's down under about these locomotives - " Sorry for the late reply as I have been on the road recruiting engineers. This is a new narrow gauge freight locomotive which is headed for our operations in Western Australia. The locomotives were purchased by CBH which we have a 10+10 year contract to haul unit grain trains. With CBH being the owner they have not completed a press release on the new units so I am unable to send you a picture of one yet. I can tell you we have 22 units which are being built by Motive Power in Boise Idaho of which a potion will be standard gauge and part narrow gauge. When a press release is issued I can forward you a picture at that time. Thanks "
