While the northbound coal train was stopped for a crew change, it always fouls the turnout between Main 1 and Main 2, to if any trains need to get to the UP North Little Rock yard, the dispatchers will run a northbound through the Amtrak siding to get around that turnout. NS 9056 at 3:36 p.m. will get to Main 2 this way.
UP recently upgraded this Amtrak siding with new ties.
