Arkansas State Capitol lit up for Christmas. This building is fashioned after the US Capitol in Washington. Union Station is just to the right down a hill. It was taken using a tripod with a Panasonic Lumix GH2, Micro 4/3rd changeable lens digital camera/auto exposure/standard capture/1/10th second exposure/F4.1 lens opening/ISO 800/Auto white balance.
