Midway through the Komen Race for the Cure in Little Rock, 8:26 a.m. Saturday, October 16, 2010.  They are going over the Broadway Bridge heading north into North Little Rock, which is Broadway Avenue (Business US Highway 70). Over 45,000 ladies signed up for this race. It started at 8 a.m. and they didn't clear off the bridge until 8:45.
