Here's a few trains at Union Station in Little Rock on a cold, wet day, Saturday February 21, 2015. I always like trains in the rain. The most interesting locomotives to me today were on the BNSF local, which had a warbonnet, bluebonnet, and two paint schemes of current BNSF locomotives. Very colorful. Also MKT 553, green hopper.

Cold  rain with a thunderstorms in progress, a northbound passes Union Station at 10:13 a.m. Feb 21. Temperatures was 42 degrees. This was taken from the station's balcony.


Remaining ice and snow from the winter storm we had a few days ago. Today was the warmest day of the week, all others being in the 20s and 30s.




The BNSF local waiting for a signal as the UP train passes, 10:16 a.m. This local consists of BNSF 548 in warbonnet colors, BNSF 3164 in blue/yellow with Santa Fe still on the side, BNSF 3378 and 2015 with different BNSF lettering.
