Union Pacific Heritage locomotive 1989, the Rio Grande unit, Little Rock's Union Station, Tuesday June 18, 2013 at 4:45 a.m.. The train was stopped in front of the station because the liftspan was up to allow barge traffic to pass under the Baring Cross Bridge over the Arkansas River.
